Kiwinove White Label FAQ

Clear expectations before anyone goes on site.

Every engagement begins with a written brief so your team, Kiwinove and the client site understand the boundaries.

Who is Kiwinove White Label for?

The service is designed for managed service providers, IT companies, technology vendors and specialist teams that need dependable on-site capability without establishing their own local field presence.

How will the technician present at our client site?

The agreed presentation is set during the brief. Normally this means neutral professional clothing, no Kiwinove branding and an introduction as the on-site technician working on behalf of your organisation. We do not make false claims about employment or authority.

Can the work be covered by an NDA?

Yes. Confidentiality, information handling, non-solicitation, communication protocols and any partner-specific requirements can be documented before the first engagement.

What work can be completed on site?

Typical work includes troubleshooting, hardware installation or replacement, network and server tasks, device deployment, smart hands, site surveys, office changes and evidence gathering. Every visit remains within the agreed scope and approval boundaries.

Who communicates with the end client?

You remain the relationship owner. We follow the communication path agreed in the brief, including who may approve changes, what may be discussed on site and how findings are reported back to your team.

Where is on-site service available?

Kiwinove is based in Paraparaumu and provides on-site support across Kāpiti Coast, Wellington and the lower North Island. Work elsewhere in New Zealand can be discussed based on scope, timing and travel.
